About this collection :

In an effort to hone my wheel-throwing skills and carving skills, this is a collection of tiny hand-held pots covered in colour and pattern. There is a playfulness in their surfaces as the shiny glazes interact with the pasty carved slips. As usual, each one is unique in their shape and pattern although you’ll notice that stripes and checkers are a common occurrence. The perfect pots to house tiny bunches of wildflowers.

HANDMADE

All work is created by hand with care and intention in the hope that they will bring the same amount of joy to you that the process of making them brought to me.

MATERIAL

I create for my love of the material. All objects are made with clay that is then fired and glazed. There is a lot of experimentation as I try to explore the many avenues that ceramic offers as a medium. Each step of the process is crucial, and the materials evolves as manipulated.

AFTERCARE

All objects are fragile and should be handled with care. Everything can be cleaned with a soap and water rinse.
